By using the services provided by Zachery Digital, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services – We provide virtual assistance, graphic design, media support, customer service, and sales support. Scope and timelines are defined per project or service plan.

2. Payment – All services must be paid in full upfront or per the agreed-upon schedule. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Revisions & Deliverables – Reasonable revisions are included as specified in your service package. Excessive or out-of-scope requests may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities – Clients must provide clear instructions, necessary materials, and timely feedback to ensure effective service delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds – Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and may not be granted for work already delivered or initiated.

6. Intellectual Property – Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability – We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
